Leo de María comes back after winning the International Piano Competition of Lyon.

L’Association Frédéric Chopin of Lyon is characterized by sponsoring the greatest young talents, winners of the most important international piano competitions from all over the world.

The spanish pianist opened the concert with the Humoresques op. 20 of Robert Schumann, continued with the Suite Afro-Cubana of Ernesto Lecuona, he went on with the Grand Valse op. 42 in A flat Mayor, the valse in E minor op. posthume, and the impromptu no. 2 op. 36 of Frédéric Chopin and finished with the Sonata no. 8 op. 84 of Sergei Prokofiev.
